Description:

PCL, contracted to Technip Italy, is constructing the Delayed Coker and the Diluent Recovery Units of the Primary Upgrader. The completed and on-going work includes installation of temporary construction facilities, earth works, cast-in-place piling, deep and shallow undergrounds, cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete foundations, concrete paving, structural steel erection, building erection, heavy lifts, module installation, equipment installation, piping installation, insulation of major equipment, and construction of plant roads.
