Established in 1971, PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. has grown to become one of Canada’s largest and most diversified heavy industrial contractors. As an industrial general contractor, we are capable of using our own forces to perform a large portion of any industrial project, including process piping, mechanical installations and civil construction. Over the years we have participated in several EPC contracts, in partnership with specialized engineering companies. Through these alliances PCL is able to provide complete design-build construction services.
