PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. has been contracted to construct the delayed coker and diluent recovery units of CNRL's  Horizon Oil Sands Project.

PCL Industrial's scope includes all earth works, piling, precast and cast-in-place concrete foundations, deep and shallow underground piping and electrical, heavy lifts, mechanical equipment and module installation, structural steel erection, module assembly, and pipe spool fabrication
