SCLAIR Major Mechanical

This project was executed through a partnership with PCL Industrial Constructors Inc., Colt Engineering, NOVA Chemicals and their suppliers. It was a reimbursable contract with a fixed management budget and a risk/reward formula tied to polyethylene production. PCL Industrial provided constructability into the design and scheduling delivery of engineering and materials. The scope included all major mechanical installations including the assembly and setting of 23 modules and five vessels over 180 tonnes.
